Free Shipping?!

Shipping is FREE on all items within the 48 Contiguous US States and we have lowered our shipping rates to Alaska and Hawaii to just $10 per 25lbs (up to 100lbs)!


For Shipping to Canada we also have a set rate of $10 per 25Lbs (excluding Newfoundland, NWT, Nunavut and the Yukon) although we also have a Canadian Website where shipping is Free to 98% of the population and prices are charged in CAD.

Need it Quicker?

We also offer premium shipping options which are calculated and displayed at checkout. For the premium shipping options you need to place your order before 11am EST for shipments out of Atlanta and 11am MST for shipments out of Salt Lake City (we send from the warehouse closest to you depending on stock).

Couriers

We use USPS and UPS for deliveries and occasionally FedEx. The method we use is dependant on the size and weight of delivery and is chosen when the order is packed. All items with Free Shipping are sent on a ground service.

Quick Delivery

We ship all in stock orders within 1 working day out of our warehouses in Salt Lake City and Atlanta. Your delivery time will vary on your distance from us but it generally is within 3 days and is often next day!

Tracking

When an order ships you will be emailed tracking details and the order will be updated in your account on our website. You can then follow the progress of your delivery and if there are any problems just let us know. Tracking details are not usually active on a carriers website until late evening. It can sometimes (usually USPS) take a few days for tracking to appear but this is unusual.
